The Western China International Investment and Trade Fair (WCIFIT), co-hosted by the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Water Resources, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and Chongqing municipal People's Government, is an important international event in western China, an important platform for diplomatic, trade cooperation and investment promotion and an important window for western China to showcase itself and expand opening-up and cooperation.
China (Chongqing) Cross-Border E-Commerce Trade Fair (hereinafter referred to as ICEC) is a professional exhibition, co-hosted by the Trade Development Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce, PRC and Chongqing Municipal Commission of Commerce. The 2022 ICEC was successfully held at Chongqing International Expo Center, July 21-24, 2022. With a scale about 40,000 square meters. A total of 648 enterprises from 14 national exhibition groups, 14 provincial and municipal delegations, 24 well-known cross-border platforms at home and abroad, and 25 industrial belts attended the exhibition, taking up a scale of about 40,000 square meters.
The Trade Development Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce, and Chongqing Municipal Commission of Commerce will continue to hold the second ICEC at Chongqing International Expo Center, May 18-21, 2023. The 2023 ICEC will be held in parallel with the 5th Western China International Fair for Investment and Trade. Over 15 cross-border e-commerce themed activities will be presented to the industry, including the 2nd China (Chongqing) Cross-border E-commerce Development Summit Forum and the Commodity Selection Fair of Global Consulates in China.
We welcome UK e-commerce platforms and digital trade enterprises to actively participate in this year's WCIFIT to discuss the new development of cross-border e-commerce and explore new opportunities in the industry, and welcome UK professional visitors and buyers to attend and negotiate and purchase.
