The MODERN RAILWAYS 2023 will be held on 14-16 November 2023 at the China International Exhibition Center (Chaoyang Hall).
MODERN RAILWAYS is an international large-scale railway technology and equipment exhibition approved by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and supported by China State Railway Group Corporation. The exhibition has been successfully held for fifteen years since it was first held in 1992, and has become a well-known and influential international exhibition in the railway industry in Asia, which has played an active role in strengthening international cooperation between Chinese and foreign railways, promoting the modernisation of China's railway construction and realising the scientific and rapid development of China's railways.
The MODERN RAILWAYS 2019 was successfully held at the China National Convention Center in Beijing from 20-22 November 2019, More than 300 exhibitors from 15 countries and regions, including the United States, Japan, Austria, Germany, Canada, Switzerland, Italy, the United Kingdom and Hong Kong, participated in the exhibition with their latest technologies and products, and the exhibition area reached 25,000 square meters.
After an absence of four years, the show is returning as expected. Based on the success of the last edition, the exhibition will further integrate its resources and advantages, give full play to the exhibition platform, carry out various forms of technical exchanges and business matching activities, and promote the matching of supply and demand and the transformation and application of advanced achievements. During the same period of the exhibition, a number of high-level and diversified forums and technical exchanges will be held in the fields of railway science and technology innovation, international cooperation, engineering construction and intelligent railways, etc. Domestic and foreign railway authorities, renowned scholars and think-tank experts will be invited to talk about cutting-edge views and share insights, to plan the future development of railways and explore business opportunities for cooperation and development.
